Long Description

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you support the coordination and follow-up of various activities related to the processing of customer product requests and orders.

You play a professional support role, focusing on the administration of the order management process in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

 

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and follow up with all CPC departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including product availability, delivery, invoicing, and documentation processing.
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and quotations in SAP.
  • Preparing export documentation accurately and efficiently for customs clearance and international shipments.
  • Handling returns and customer complaints.                                                                          
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, Sales Managers, Supply Chain- , and Finance teams.
  • Proactively communicate order progress, delivery updates, and potential issues to customers using SAP and Power BI reports
  • Provide Sales teams with relevant business information and analytical reports, including order status, delivery performance, and critical customer issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and actively participate in regular stakeholder meetings to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Profile

As a Customer Service Representative, you meet the following requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an international environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Power BI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and payment terms (e.g., Letters of Credit).
  • Experience in administrative support and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • A helpful team player who is comfortable working in an open-office environment.
  • An independent worker with a hands-on attitude and a strong focus on accuracy and detail.

 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant experience.

 

Language Requirements

  • Excellent command of English.
  • Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or any other language is considered an asset.
