Short Description
Are you passionate about supply chain excellence and inventory optimization? We’re looking for a Supply Planner who will ensure reliable material availability, strong supplier performance, and efficient end‑to‑end material flows across our operations.
What You Will Do
Supply Chain Management
- Manage supplier performance and support execution of the supplier management plan.
- Ensure high service levels through proactive coordination with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Logistics.
Operational Management
- Lead inventory planning activities, including S&OP and rolling forecast management.
- Handle supply disruption resolution and off‑spec material cases.
- Manage purchase orders, shipments, goods receipts, stock corrections, and invoice approvals.
- Own Working Capital performance by optimizing inventory levels and reducing excess stock.
- Drive cost efficiency in material flows, planning accuracy, and storage processes.
Data Management & Reporting
- Use SAP, Zenya, APO/IBP and other tools to manage data and prepare accurate operational reports.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute as a subject‑matter expert in cross‑functional projects.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain clear communication with CSR, plant personnel, customers, and service providers.
- Build strong internal customer relationships and act as a trusted business partner.
Compliance & Safety
- Promote a safe working environment and comply with all safety policies and legal requirements.
- Complete required safety trainings and perform SOX compliance checks.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Economics, Supply Chain, or related field).
- 4–7 years of experience in supply chain or materials management.
- Strong SAP and Excel skills; comfort with data and statistical concepts.
- Ability to simplify complexity, drive results, and continuously improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills and solid understanding of business dynamics.
