We are hiring innovative and motivated Human Resources professionals to join our Graduate Rotation and Development program (GRAD) for the upcoming year. Career Possibilities:

Human Resources professionals are found throughout all of CPChem's worldwide operations.  With two to eight years of experience, Human Resources professionals can move into new assignments including:

  • HR Business Partner
  • HR Analytics Analyst
  • Talent Acquisition Representative
  • Compensation/Benefits Representative
  • Learning and Development Representative
  • Talent Management Representative

 

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not now or in the future require sponsorship by the employer
  • Possess a bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources Management or related field or currently enrolled in the final year of your Human Resources Management or related field program

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess internship or equivalent experience in a related Human Resources job
