Purpose/Introduction

Chevron Phillips Chemical is currently seeking a Corporate Card Administrator to join our team at our Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. The selected candidate will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and will be primarily responsible for supporting our Concur and PaymentNet systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the organization’s corporate purchasing card and travel card programs such as issuance and modification; cancellation, records retention, compliance issues and customer service (credit limit increases, policy interpretation, and exception transaction processing
- Provide excellent customer service to corporate card holders for their requests
- Render support to cardholders to assist them with questions and concerns related to corporate and purchasing card transactions and policies
- Responsible for carrying out a thorough audit review of employee corporate and purchasing card transactions, analyzing spending trends, and consulting with employees on transactions to generate a detailed report on spending trends
- Work to minimize company’s risk and exposure to fraud
- Act as a liaison between bank (JPMorgan Chase) and CPChem to reconcile any issues
- Identify, propose and implement process and system improvements
- Perform development, enhancements, and system configuration activities within Concur
- Provide technical expertise and become the SME on company system interfaces and work with IT department to resolve system issues in the corporate card management program
- Order office supplies for AP department
- Perform other departmental functions as requested by Management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance or Accounting experience
- High School / GED
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills with a track record of following through on commitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand and address internal and external customer issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team with the ability to inspire others within the company
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business
- Experience with Ariba
- SAP working knowledge or equivalent ERP system
- Concur and PaymentNet working knowledge
- Experience with Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, V-lookup, pivot tables; sort data, use chart and graphs, and perform basic data analysis.)
