Chevron Phillips Chemical Company is seeking a motivated Associate Change Manager intern within the Strategic Execution & Enablement Office (SEE Office). The Associate Change Manager intern will provide support to other change managers on the SEE team on transformational initiatives across business units and regions. The Associate Change Manager intern will shadow Change Managers and help execute change management tasks on strategic initiatives. This position will also help the team identify critical projects and gather data to determine the level of support needed from the SEE Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Help reinforce a focus on Organizational Change Management for transformation initiatives. Support the SEE Office team on various change management processes, gain an understanding of general Change Management framework/methodology and Agile methodology.
An Associate Change Manager will learn how to use and effectively apply Change Management tools for various CPChem projects. This position will also support the SEE Office in its training and communications efforts companywide. This role is responsible for collecting and organizing data from the initiatives to analyze and helping to prioritize information so the governing bodies can make informed business decisions.
Change Management activities:

Continuous Improvement of the change management processes and tools.

Help with development of training and communication around the SEE Office’s CM principles, services and tools.

Helping to evaluate the need for change management on initiatives.

Supporting the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt changes.

Supporting change managers with their training and communication activities upon request.
Data Coordinator activities:

Collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with SEE Office reporting requirements.

Perform data validation of the information received.

Review project documents and make necessary revisions.

Assist projects in data entry when required.

Prepare data for reporting, meeting, and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not now or in the future require sponsorship by the employer
- Pursuing study in Business, Change Management, Organizational Management, or related area.
- Must be a strong team player and able to work with and through others.
- Available to work a minimum of eight continuous weeks
Preferred:
- Possess internship or equivalent experience in a related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organization, written communication, and presentation skills.
