Responsibilities

  • Utilizes SAP SuccessFactors and other applicable cloud technologies to identify, prepare and analyze key HR metrics on an ongoing basis
  • Extracts, combines, formats and manipulates data from multiple sources and merges into single database for analysis
  • Transforms high volume of data into compelling visual stories to facilitate analysis and business decision-making, using data visualization tools.
  • Performs recurring and ad-hoc talent insights analysis, reporting, and presentations using advanced talent insights tools. Examples include:
    • Organizational Capability metrics and insights
    • Dashboards for various HR areas
    • Leadership Pipeline Analysis
    • Program effectiveness (employee referral, etc.)
  • Assists in the preparation of strategic presentations related to workforce analytics

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and producing simple and complex data analysis for use by management in decision support
  • Experience learning a new technology and successfully utilizing it on a regular basis
  • Experience taking large amounts of data and summarizing for leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience working with confidential data and properly safeguarding it

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience working with the SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics Module
  • Experience working with the administration side of a technology
  • Experience working as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Experience building presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership
