Introduction

Join CPC-Plastics Resins where you will be an integral part of our Polymers & Specialties division. This role is designed for dynamic professionals eager to impact the commercial landscape in the Latin American market as the LATAM Polymers Sales Manager. Your expertise will drive the growth and expansion of our customer base while strengthening relationships with key clients. As part of our Commercial Strategic Business Unit, you will have the opportunity to leverage your experience in sales within the chemical industry, utilizing your industry knowledge to influence and develop impactful sales strategies. International travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Handles high-value and complex accounts.
  • Negotiates contracts independently.
  • Works with Finance and Business Analysts to develop revenue / VCM / profit models for customers.
  • Leads strategic sales initiatives and long-term planning.
  • Mentors junior account managers.
  • Analyzes market trends to identify new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in  Business, Marketing,  Supply Chain, Technical / Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in sales role or chemical industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in a sales specific role 
  • MBA a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
